At Outpost Western Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots, apparel, or accessories don't fit just right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unworn condition with original tags.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and boot boxes are placed inside a separate shipping carton to avoid damage.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
